"Be more human being than human doing. The body holds the score."

At the start of the year, SEC set a clear intention for 2026: to put our people firmly at the heart of everything we do. That commitment is already coming to life through a targeted training programme designed to support, empower and develop our teams.

Working closely with Kelly Hannaghan, of Mind Work Matters, we’ve delivered tailored seminars focused on building confidence in having meaningful wellbeing conversations, approaching sensitive disclosures with care and professionalism, and helping individuals manage workload pressures while maintaining healthy boundaries.

These sessions go beyond theory. They focus on creating real impact—equipping our managers and leaders with practical frameworks to navigate challenging situations with empathy, clarity and confidence.

A strong emphasis has been placed on building trust, fostering psychological safety and ensuring every colleague feels heard, supported and valued. The result?  To develop more open, honest conversations—and a culture where people can truly thrive.
