Last week, the leaders across South Eastern Carpentry came together for our latest SEC Forum – an opportunity to share business updates, reflect on how we work together and look at the direction we are taking as a business.
A key focus of the session was Feelings, Behaviour and Impact (FBI) and how these influence the way we do business and work with our clients and colleagues. We explored some simple but important questions:
• What is the synergy?
• What is the connection?
• How do our actions and behaviours impact those around us?
We are one team, working towards one goal, and our thinking needs to extend beyond individual projects and individual roles. How we do things is just as important as what we do. The way we communicate, collaborate, support each other and build relationships shapes the culture and success of SEC.
As a growth-focused organisation, we have a clear direction for the future. We are investing in new roles, developing our people and diversifying into new markets – creating opportunities to continue growing as a business and as a team.
