Today’s update follows a visit to The Bishops Avenue, Wates project in East Finchley, was a fantastic opportunity to see first-hand the excellent progress being made. It’s great to see the programme on track and the quality consistently meeting the high standards we strive to achieve across all our projects.
The French polishers are currently fine-tuning the final finishes, bringing depth and richness to the completed joinery and ensuring every detail reflects the premium nature of the scheme. This high-end development of 93 apartments-8 duplexes- is really beginning to shine as we move confidently towards the finish line.
With impressive telescopic doors in two apartments, oak fire rated pocket doors, bespoke main entrance doors, LED imbedded handrails and outstanding herringbone flooring flowing through both shared and private spaces, the level of craftsmanship on display is something we can all be proud of. The attention to detail across every element reinforces the quality and care invested in delivering a development of this calibre.
