New Training Aims To Improve Men and Women's Hormonal Health Awareness

At the start of the year, we shared that our focus for 2026 is on our people.

This week we had the pleasure of welcoming Kelly Hannaghan, from Mind Work Matters, to deliver a fantastic session exploring male and female hormonal health. From the moment the session began, Kelly created a welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone in the room. Her approachable style made it easy for people to engage with what can sometimes feel like a complex topic.

The session was professionally delivered, brilliantly presented, and packed with valuable insights. Kelly spoke with real confidence and clarity, encouraging participation throughout and creating a space where colleagues felt comfortable asking questions, sharing experiences, and learning from one another.

Conversations around health and wellbeing in the workplace are more important than ever. This session forms part of our ongoing commitment to supporting the wellbeing of our teams, recognising that open conversations and access to knowledge are key to creating a healthy and supportive workplace culture. Research shows that clear communication around wellbeing initiatives helps organisations strengthen engagement, productivity, and loyalty across teams.

Thank you, Kelly, for such an engaging and informative session and for helping us continue to build a workplace where wellbeing is genuinely prioritised. We’re looking forward to continuing this work with Kelly throughout the year with upcoming sessions and workshops.
