This December, our team has once again shown what the festive season is all about — giving, caring and supporting those around us.
For the 5th year running, our department organised a mountain of gifts for KMFM’s Christmas Toy Appeal. A huge thank you to Julie and Tom who delivered the collection to the KMFM studios, where it was gratefully received by DJs Andy Walker, Rob & Numi. It was wonderful to see so many thoughtful presents ready to bring joy to children and families in our community.
We’re also delighted to share that our Christmas Jumper fundraising was a tremendous success — raising £328 for the Macmillan Xmas Jumper Appeal, tripling last year’s total! 🎅✨ Office and site staff got into the spirit by donning their best festive jumpers throughout the week, making this fundraising effort both fun and impactful.
Alongside these efforts, we’ve donated vouchers and gifts to support our site contractors’ good causes, as well as contributions to local toy appeals and food banks serving communities nearby. We’re especially proud to have supported the Salvation Army Toy Appeal, helping to brighten Christmas for families who need it most.
We hope these donations highlight and celebrate the good causes that make a real difference to individuals, families and friends — because the impact of giving is mammoth and truly felt by so many.
The work we do every day enables us to support others in meaningful ways, and this festive season has been a wonderful reminder of what we can achieve together.
