Description

Built in 1924, Morley House forms two thirds of a Grade II listed block on London's Regent Street. The remaining third, Albany House, has already been converted to residential use.

Behind retained Portland stone facades the building is being reconstructed and extended to provide 44 private rental apartments ranging in size from one to three bed, including two penthouse duplex units. Residents’ amenities on the ground floor include a lounge and screening room. Retail space at ground and basement is enlarged and enhanced.
